Get Started Now: The Steps To Take

If you're ready to commit to a healthier life ? for your family, your friends and for yourself ? get started now. If you're not yet a client, follow these easy steps.

  1. Make the decision... to live a healthier life.
  2. Visit the page... >>Request more information and submit your information.
  3. After submitting your information... you will have a choice to get started immediately. Print the document you'll receive, place your first order and review the tips & guides to success.
  4. Your order will arrive... within 4-7 days (east coast) or 8-10 days (west coast).
  5. Take a photo of yourself... your "before" picture, you'll be glad you did. Find a friend or family member to join you on this program. Sharing your experiences with someone will make this even more powerful.
  6. Start the program... stay committed, and enjoy your journey to optimal health.

What to Expect: Average Weight Loss

You will start to lose weight and become healthy very rapidly. Average weight-loss is 2-5 pounds per week. People around you will notice and will ask you what you're doing. At that point, one of two things will happen:

  1. Refer your friends and family to your Health Coach so they can start getting healthy too, and receive a $25 credit on your account towards your next order
  2. Become a Health Coach yourself and help them (and others) achieve optimal health

Support Calls
